Dr. Ron & Amy Barber
Ron is on staff at the International Graduate School of Leadership in Quezon City, Philippines teaching in the areas of cultural anthropology, contextualization, church planting and global theology. The goal is to produce servant-steward leaders through a process of balancing biblical, spiritual and ministry skill development. Liberty has partnered with the Barbers since 1987.
Luis & Cathy Carrion
The Carrions serve in Siloam Springs, Arkansas with Bethany International focusing on mentoring the next generation of young adults who are called to “bring the gospel to the unreached.” Luis coaches Bethany University interns in planning and leading short-term mission trips from their home churches to the countries in which they intern. The Carrions have been mission partners with Liberty since 2009.
Dr. Tim and Tammy Evans
Liberty mission partners since 1993, the Evans serve as mission leaders working alongside the Brazilian church mobilizing them to fulfill the Great Commission, preparing Brazilian missionaries, and sending them to the nations. Their strategy and mission: Keep it simple, focus on the gospel.
Brian & Cathy Hutchens
The Hutchens serve with Cadence International with the military community at Ft. Johnson, Louisiana. Cathy was raised in the Spring Lake area and attended Liberty Baptist as a high school student. She soon met Brian, a young single soldier, stationed at Ft. Bragg when he began attending Liberty, too. The rest is history! We have supported Brian and Cathy since they began their ministry in 2010.
Mitch & Teresa Mittower
The Mittowers serve with SIM (Serving in Missions) in internet technology and computer support for the office, staff and residents at the SIM Retirement Village in Sebring, Florida. We have been a part of their support team since 1992.
Scot & Carol Musser
The Mussers in Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain partner with Resourcing Christian Education International, promoting the vision of starting multiple Christian schools in Spain. Scot served as Director of LIFE when the school opened in 2017. In October, 2022 the school welcomed a new director, Walter Hopkins. LIFE International School is one of only a couple of Christ centered schools for Spaniards. We have partnered with Scot & Carol since 2002.
Chris & Gosia Osiecki
The Osieckis serve as church planters in Poland with Slavic Gospel Association. An important accomplishment was the completion of the Polish translation of John MacArthur’s and Richard Mayhue’s book “Biblical Doctrine”, a much-needed resource for the church in Poland. We have been a part of their support team since 1994.
Dave & Susan Parshall
Since their expulsion from China by the Chinese Communist Party in 2007, the Parshalls continue to train Chinese Christian workers for service around the world whether in China or outside of China through cross-cultural training. They are currently living in Kathmandu, Nepal. We have supported Dave & Susan since 1989.
Nard & Sandy Pugyao
The Pugyaos serve as Speaker at Large for Wycliffe Bible Translators and JAARS (Jungle Aviation and Radio Service), challenging churches and Christian colleges and universities in America with the importance of Bible translation, giving God's Word in languages people understand best. A milestone for the Isnag Ministries Foundation was the completion of the translation and printing of the Old and New Testament Isnag Bible. A Bible Celebration was held in Dibagat, Philippines in June 2023.
Visal & Cathy Perez
The Perezs serve in Guatemala, working to promote the Tektitek New Testament through radio broadcast, Bible Study, and church services in the Tekitek language. Vidal uses StoryweaversGlobal strategy called "Freedom Ascent" to help those suffering from alcohol addiction. Our goal is to evangelize and disciple the Tektitek people to help them learn about Jesus and grow in their faith.
Guy & Ruth Sier
The Siers with Ethnos360 serve global missionaries in the area of security/crisis management and crisis care to steward the lives of missionaries well and see them have thriving and productive ministries under sometimes dangerous situations. We have partnered with Guy & Ruth since 1992.
Independent Missionary in Southwest China
For security reasons we are unable to identify our independent missionary who serves his own people in the remote tribal regions of Southwest China in education and women’s and children’s health initiatives. The school whose motto is “A city built on a hill cannot be hidden,” serves orphans, widowed mothers and villagers suffering physical illness and poverty. Sharing Jesus’ love is an important mission at the school. In 2006 Liberty sent a short-term mission’s team to China to construct a concrete play area for the school. We have partnered with our dear brother since 1995.
Josh & Sara Whitman
The Whitman Family serves the Church of the Rock in Imola, Italy with The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM). Josh is actively preaching, connecting with the men of the church in a men’s small group Bible study, producing videos for the church’s Facebook Live ministry and completing his final classes for an Italian Biblical counseling degree. We have partnered with Josh & Sara since 2007.
